• 3 large boneless skinless chicken breast halved lenghtwise
• 6 thinly sliced ham
• 6 ounces Swiss Cheese cut into 6 sticks
• 1/4 cup All purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon chicken flavor gravy base
• 1 can sliced mushrooms ( 1/2 cup)
• 1/3 cup sauterne wine
• 2 tablespoons All purpose flour
• Toasted sliced almonds
