• 1 - Onion peeled and sliced

• 1 - SuperValu Chillies chopped
• 100 g SuperValu Fresh Coriander
• 2 - SuperValu Quality Irish Pork Chops cut into strips with fat removed
• 100 g Wholegrain Rice
