• 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (leaves)
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
• 1 spring onion (very finely chopped)

• 125 grams plain flour (seasoned with salt and freshly ground black pepper)
• 1 egg (free range, beaten)
• 125 grams breadcrumbs
• vegetable oil (for deep frying)
