Ingredients

• 2 lbs. Hamburger
• leftover steak,cubed
• 1 large chorizo
• 2 lg white onions chopped
• 2 cans diced tomatoes
• 1 can red kidney beans
• 1 can chilli beans
• 2 cans green chillis-diced-mild
• 1 can green chillis-diced-hot
• 2 T chilli powder
• 1 T mexican seasoning
• 3 shakes red pepper
• 10 shakes Oregano
• 4 shakes ground cumin
• 1 bottle chilli sause
• 1 1/2 cans beer
• salt and pepper to taste
