Ingredients

• 5oz 0 pancetta
• 3tbsp 0 olive oil
• 1 0 small yellow or white onion, diced
• 4 0 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/4c 0 vodka
• 6oz 0 tomato paste
• 3c 0 heavy cream @horizonorganic
• 1tsp 0 salt
• 1-2tsp 0 red pepper flakes (more for spicier, omit for not spicy)
• 1/4tsp 0 pepper
• 1/4c-1/2c 0 pasta water (water your pasta cooked in) less for a thicker sauce, more for a more saucy sauce
• 1lb 0 of pasta of your choice
• 1/2c 0 grated/shredded parmesan cheese, more to top
• 2tbsp 0 fresh basil + more for garnish
• 1tbsp 0 butter
