• 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 Tbsp Beef Bourguignon Blend
• Herbes de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 yellow onion, chopped
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 cup red wine
• 3 cups beef broth
• 1 lb small new potatoes, halved
• 2 large carrots, sliced
• 1 bay leaf
• Parsley for serving.
