• 1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon
• 240 ml milk
• 90 g pureed North Carolina Sweetpotatoes
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 240 g greek yogurt
• 60 ml maple syrup
• raspberries blueberries, banana slices, for filling
• optional powdered sugar, for garnish
