Thai Butternut Soup recipe by Nazia Shaik

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon cooking olive oil
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 1-2 teaspoon dry red chillies
• 2 teaspoon Cape Malay Thai Spice ( I used Robertsons )
• 1kg butternut peeled and diced
• 1.5 litres of boiled water mixed with @woolworths_sa chicken or vegetable stock.
• 1 can @woolworths_sa light coconut milk
• Breadsticks bought from @woolworths_sa
