This chilled crustless pie is made with crushed buttery crackers, chopped pecans and beaten egg whites. After baking, it’s crowned with whipped cream.

- 24 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed (about 1 cup crumbs)
- 1 cup pecans
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
