Ingredients

• 1 – 1.25 lb turkey breast, boneless, skin on
• 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
• 1 lemon, small, zest only
• 4-5 tbsp cream cheese
• 4 tbsp butter, unsalted, divided
• ¾ cup stuffing, prepared
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 7 carrots, whole, medium size, peeled
• 1 cup green beans, fresh
• 4 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin, divided
• 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, thyme, or both
• 2 tsp honey, optional
