• ½ tsp black peppercorns
• ¼ cup celery leaves
• 1 cup water
• ¼ cup chicken strips
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1 tbsp red onions
• 1 tbsp celery stalk
• ½ tbsp cooking oil
• 1 tsp atchuete/annatto seeds
• 250 g chicken stock
• ¾ cup flaked chicken
• ¼ cup sotanghon noodles
• 1 tbsp spring onions
• ½ tbsp fish sauce
• ¼ tsp black pepper ground
• toasted minced garlic
