Toasts with cream cheese, grilled eggplants in tomato sauce and mushrooms, with oregano

Ingredients

• 4 slices toast
• 15 g Puck® Cream Cheese Spread
• 1 aubergine Large, thinly sliced (3-5 mm)
• 200 ml tomatoes Sauce, Canned
• 6 button mushrooms Fresh, sliced
• 1 garlic clove crushed
• 1 tsp oregano dried
• 1 black pepper to taste
• 1 butter for frying
• 1 olive oil for frying
