- 2 scoops Reduced fat raspberry ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 2 Small meringues

- 1tbsp Light aerosol cream
- 8 Fresh raspberries
- 2tbsp Fresh raspberry coulis
- 10g Chocolate shards
- 10g 2 ice cream biscuits (optional)
- You will also need:1 tall sundae glass or tumbler and long spoons
