Ingredients
- 16 oz Mini marshmallows
- 2 lb Sifted powdered sugar
- 3 1/2 oz Shortening
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Gum Tragacanth (this adds firmness and elasticity)
- Optional 1/8 tsp vegetable glycerin or corn syrup (this adds a touch of softness)
