- 2 cups (440g) Caster Sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup (150g) Plain Flour
- 1/2 cup (75g) Self Raising Flour
- 1 cup (100g) Almond Meal
- 2/3 cup (160g) Sour Cream
- 300 grams Frozen Raspberries
- 1 cup (250g) Mascarpone
- 1 cup or More Icing Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Frangelica
- 1/2 cup (120g) Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup (75g) Roasted, Chopped Almonds
