Name: Easy Oven-Roasted Pork & Artichoke Chili Verde
Ingredients: 4 lb. pork sirloin tip roast; 6 cooked, and cubed Ocean Mist Farms artichoke hearts and stems; 2 (28 oz.) cans of mild green chili enchilada sauce or chili verde sauce; 1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilis; 1 Tbsp. garlic salt; 1 Tbsp. ground cumin; Black pepper to taste; Shred meat with two forks and return to dutch oven and add enchilada sauce, diced chili’s and cubed artichokes.
