- 1 C frozen chopped carrots
- ½ of a medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped (1/2 C)
- 8 oz (6-7) baby bella mushrooms, quartered
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 10.5 oz each (21 oz total)
- 1 ½ C milk
- 1 container of refrigerated canned biscuit dough (8 total)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
