Berry Halibut - California Giant Berry Farms
Use blueberries, blackberries and strawberries to create a delicious compote that will add some flare to your usual halibut.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ginger root, minced
- 1 teaspoon Agar Agar
- 2 teaspoon sugar granulated extra fine cane
- 1 cup chilled grape seed oil
- ½ cup red wine vinegar 50 grain
- ¼ cup red cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 halibut fillet skinless/boneless, 6 ounces
- 1 cup California Giant blueberries
- ½ cup California Giant blackberries
- 2 cups California Giant strawberries
