• 1 chilli
• 1 red pepper - diced or finely sliced
• 1 yellow pepper - diced or finely sliced
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper
• 1 ½ tin of plum tomatoes (roughly chopped )
• 4 eggs
• Sprinkle of parsley
