Ingredients

• 1 loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 lb crawfish tails
• 1 bunch scallions, sliced
• 1 Tbl Bayou Seafood Blend
• 1 tsp Smoked Hot Paprika
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 3/4 cup Cheddar Jack Cheese
• Chopped parsley, for garnish
