• scrambled eggs (made with 2 eggs)
• 8 small pieces of ham
• ketchup
• parsley
• 8 pieces of melba toast
• basil pesto
• 4 cherry tomatoes (cut into quarters)
• 2-3 balls of bocconcini cheese (thinly sliced into 8 slices in total)
• 8 small basil leaves
• 1 avocado (diced)
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• salt and pepper
• lemon juice
• 8 small (cooked shrimp)
