Ingredients
- ½ kilo beef mince
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground green chili
- 1 tablespoon Robertson bbq spice
- 1 tablespoon steak and chop spice
- 1 teaspoon dhana powder
- 1 teaspoon jeera powder
- Pinch Haldi
- 2 onions finely chopped ( I used food processor , I used a cloth to drain out the water )
- 1 egg
- Handful of bread crumbs
- Little chopped mint ( optional )
- Handful chopped spring onions
- 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
- A squeeze of lemon
