Ingredients

• 1 baguette bread
• 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
• 100 g (2/3 cup) of goat cheese
• 800 ml (31/4 cups) of yogurt
• 1 egg
• 40 g (2 tablespoons) of butter
• 30 g (1/4 cup) of grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper up to taste
