• 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup 2% milk
• 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 pound ground beef
• SAUCE:
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
