Ingredients
- 25g fresh yeast or 15g dried yeast
- 450ml lukewarm water
- 750g plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- Extra flour for dusting
- 250ml thick tomato passata
- 350g grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 hot-dogs, sliced
- 50g cooked ham
- A quarter of 1 grilled red pepper
- Half a grilled courgette
- 3 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- A small handful of rocket
