- Pomodori di Pachino (cherry tomatoes) 2.7 cups
- Mozzarella cheese fiordilatte 2.2 lbs
- Fine salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Thyme 10 tsp
- Extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp
