Breast fillets on Romanian paprika – Cocorico

Ingredients

• Cocorico chicken breast (1.5 to 2 kg)
• 1 small onion, chopped into 2 halves
• 1 small lemon, chopped into 2 halves
• 3 tbsp butter or ghee
• Herbes de Provence seasoning
• 3 tsp thyme
• 2 tsp rosemary
• 2 tsp marjoram
• 1 tsp basil
• 1 tsp tarragon
• 1 tsp fennel
• ½ tsp mint
• ½ tsp lavender
