Ingredients

• 100 g Lurpak® Plant Based (and extra for greasing)
• 3 banana shallots, finely chopped
• 2 bay leaves
• 100 g plain flour, sieved
• 600 ml whole milk
• 400 ml vegetable stock
• ¼ tbsp whole nutmeg, grated
• salt and pepper to taste
• 100 g Lurpak® Plant Based, melted
• 100 g fresh basil leaves
• 100 g pine nuts
• 50 g parmesan cheese, grated
• 2 large garlic cloves
• 16 dried lasagne sheets
• 1 kilo sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
• 80 g parmesan cheese, grated
• black pepper, freshly ground
• 100 g ricotta cheese
