Sour Cream Enchilada's recipe: Great to make and freeze! Works well when bringing dinner to someone who just had a baby or whatever!
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp margarine or butter
- 1/2 onions diced, and/or 1 green pepper
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 8 oz sour cream room temp
- 3 cups chicken cooked slivered
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup mexican/taco cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese shredded
- 1 can green chilies chopped (optional)
- 10 flour tortillas (up to 12)
