It’s fresh corn season in California! Can I get a woot woot?! We buy corn by the truckload at our house and will have it for dinner at least three times a week.

- 1-2 jalapenos, (finely diced)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 lime, (juiced)
- 1 bunch cilantro, (chopped)
- 1 cup grated cotija cheese
