• 2 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
• 1 egg yolk (from a large egg)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 stick butter, cut into small cubes
• 12 ounces cream cheese
• 2 and 1/2 cups Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
• 3/4 cup heavy cream
• 2 teaspoons strawberry pudding (or use 1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Pudding and 1 teaspoon of your strawberry anglaise cream)
