• Cake:
• 1 package (18.25 ounces) spice cake mix
• 1/2 cup Argo^® Corn Starch
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup corn oil
• 2 eggs
• 1-1/2 cups chopped dates OR raisins, optional
• Glaze:
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup Karo^® Light Corn Syrup
• OR Karo^® Dark Corn Syrup
• 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
• Additional orange peel for garnish (optional)
