Ingredients

• 1.0 count medium butternut squash, halved and seeded
• 1.0 count 10oz package chopped frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
• 1.0 cups shredded Monterrey Jack or your favorite cheese (Gruyère or Swiss are also great)
• 0.5 cups cream cheese
• 0.25 cups heavy cream
• 1.0 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1.0 teaspoons dried thyme
• 0.25 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
• kosher salt and black pepper
