• 1/2 pound Monterey jack cheese shredded
• 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
• 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup Green onion chopped
• 2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
• 1/4 cup oil
