Mozzarella-Stuffed Spinach Garlic Meatballs - cookrisp

Ingredients

• 450g ground pork or beef, or use both together
• 60ml of bread crumbs
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 1 cup of spinach, finely chopped
• Grated Parmesan cheese, about 25g
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ teaspoon of Italian herb mix
• Ground black pepper, ¼ teaspoon
• A small pinch of fine salt, about ½ teaspoon
• Mozzarella chunks (1 cup in total)
• 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
