• 2 fresh chorizo sausages, removed from casing
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 45 ml tomato paste
• 1 ml ground cumin

• 250 ml drained and rinsed black beans
• 60 ml diced red pepper

• 45 ml sour cream
• 15 ml green onions, green part only, sliced paper thin
• 4 cilantro stems
• 1 small avocado, diced
• 1 lime, cut into wedges
• 1 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced and seeded
