Grass-Fed Ground Beef; ½ Red Onion; ½ Green Bell Pepper (diced small); 1 Jalapeño, (sliced into round pieces); 1½ c Tomato Sauce; 1 T Chili Powder; ¼ t Cumin; ¼ t Garlic Powder; ¼ t Oregano; ½ t Paprika; salt & pepper to taste (don't be shy with it... there's a lot of cauliflower to season up!); 1 c Shredded Machego Cheese
