• 1 sachet of Saf-instant yeast dissolved in a glass of warm water
• 250 g Flour
• 4 Small eggs
• 500 ml Milk
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Salt
• 50 g Melted butter
• 50 g Butter to cook pancakes
• 300 g Finely sliced smoked salmon
• Lettuce leaves
• 200 g Garlic and herb cream cheese mixed with a tablespoon of crème fraîche
