Ingredients

• 1 8 oz. box elbow macaroni
• ¾ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup sliced scallions
• 1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
• 1 carrot, pared and shredded
• 2 Tablespoon sweet pickle relish
• ¾ teaspoon Salt
• ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
• ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
