Ingredients

• 500g reduced fat beef mince
• 1 onion chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 carrots, sliced
• 2 sticks of celery, sliced
• 120g frozen peas
• 2 tbsp tomato purée
• 480ml beef or vegetable stock
• 2.25lbs potatoes, sliced thin
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
• Salt and pepper
