Lavender Toffee Peach Crisp | This African Cooks

Ingredients

• 5 whole yellow peaches
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp corn starch
• 1 tsp lavender (optional)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup oatmeal
• 3/4 cup flour
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup toffee chips (I used Heaths brick o brittle)
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 8 tbsp melted unsalted butter (diced)
• 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
