• 0.5 tsps salt
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
• some unrefined sea salt
• 0.5 tsps ground turmeric
• 1 medium diced onion
• 2 medium diced carrots
• 1 medium stalk diced celery
• 1 medium white diced leek
• 1.68 l chicken stock
• 192 ml shimeji mushrooms
• 420 g hand-shredded roasted chicken
• some black fresh cracked pepper
• 2 sprigs fresh tarragon
