- 150g Sugar (I used 100g Caster and 50g Soft Brown)
- 1 Large Egg
- 200g Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon (Optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 125ml Milk (Whole or Semi-Skimmed)
- 8 Heaped Teaspoons Jam - I used seedless Raspberry!
- 75g Unsalted Butter
- 125g Caster Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (Optional)
