Ingredients

• 1 small watermelon
• 4 perfectly ripe peaches
• 1 cucumber
• 1 small red onion
• 1 handful of raspberries
• 1 handful of tiny yellow tomatoes
• 1 handful of fresh basil leaves
• 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
• A few chive blossoms
• 1 ounce chevre
• sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
