Ingredients

• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• ¼ cup basil, chopped
• ¼ cup red onion, chopped
• ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt
• ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons olive oil + extra for greasing
• 2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
• ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
• 2 small eggplant, sliced lengthwise to ¼ – ½ inch slices
