Cheese fettucine recipe – 1001 Fondues
What could be better than pasta for dinner? So delicious and easy to prepare. In this recipe, we suggest replacing the sauce with the cheese fondue.
Ingredients
- 1 fondue Chic! au whisky by 1001 Fondues, 350 g (12 oz.)
- 340 g (3/4 lb) fettuccine
- 15 mL (1 tablespoon) olive oil
- 450 g (1 lb) sliced white mushrooms
- 75 ml (1/3 cup) roasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic (to taste)
- Parsley (to taste)
