Add hot cross buns to your menu this easter

Ingredients

• 300 g soya milk
• 50 g Flora Plant B+tter Unsalted
• 500 g strong white bread flour
• 7 g fast action dried yeast (1 sachet)
• 70 g caster sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2.5 tsp mixed spice
• 2.5 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 large orange (zest & juice)
• mixed fruit
• 70 g plain flour (warm water, added to make a pipe-able texture for the hot cross bun top)
• 100 g apricot jam
