Steak And Chips Casserole recipe by Mahfuza

Ingredients

• 1kg /1/2kg steak
• Ginger garlic
• Red chilli paste
• Crushed garlic
• Lemon juice
• Pepper steak spice
• Lemon pepper
• 1.braise one chopped onion with olive oil .
• 2. When slightly brown add in marinated steak and cook til almost done.
• 3. Grate 2 tomatoes and add in steak and allow to cook till done.
• 4.Lastly add mustard sauce,mayo,tomato sauce,Peri peri sauce and garlic sauce .
• 5.layer the steak in a Pyrex dish
