- 1 1/2 cups dill seed
- 120 sprigs Fresh dill
- 1 1/4 cups Mustard seed
- 30 gallons cold water
- 6 1/4 gallons distilled white vinegar
- 10 tablespoons Chili pepper flakes
- 20 cups Course Salt
- 60 each White Onions white, sliced
- 1 1/4 cups course salt to make liquid for jars
- 40 cups sugar
