Tortilla Dough +steak And Chicken Filling recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon Oil
• 3 tablespoon melted butter
• ½ kg steak cubed
• Add 1 chopped med onion (fry & keep some aside for garnish later)
• Crushed green chilli
• Add sauces prego...peri peri..tomato..mayo etc
• 4- 5 chicken breast fillets
• 3-4 tablespoon oil or ghee (Clarified butter) or mix both
• 1 large chopped onion
• 1 full teaspoon garlic only or u can use ginger garlic
• Crushed green chilli (optional)
• Add green red pepers in
• Onion tomatoes peppers all colours salt and pepers
• Add chopped tomatoes
• Add grated cheese
• Add tortilla and layer to make your
